Cuba Travel Policy Update

The U.S. government has put in place new restrictions for travel to Cuba. These changes were announced with less than twenty-four hours of notice and lacked clear information on the impact to citizens who already have cruise travel planned to Cuba, including those currently on ships scheduled to visit there.

While there remains uncertainty around already booked and paid for travel, it is our understanding that starting today, cruise ships will no longer be allowed to call on ports in Cuba.

For our customers who currently have a planned cruise with a Cuba port of call:
Please be assured we are working with the cruise lines on your behalf. We are in direct contact with every cruise line and as soon as a cruise line makes a decision for your sailing we will reach out directly to you via the email address and/or phone number you provided at the time of booking, explain your options and any steps you need to take with the assistance of our travel professionals. Please note the cruise lines are likely to make decisions on cruises in order of departure but as soon as a decision is made for your cruise, we will contact you.

Mileage awards are per stateroom and are awarded to only one passenger per cruise booking. Mileage awards are based on new bookings through Delta SkyMiles Cruises. Mileage earned is for cruises reserved through Delta SkyMiles Cruises on any of 21 cruise lines. Delta reserves the right to change the Delta SkyMiles program at any time without notice. Delta is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks after cruising for miles to be posted to your Delta SkyMiles Cruises account.

Taxes and fees for Award Travel are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time the ticket is booked.
