All qualifying sailings will earn up to 10,000 extra bonus miles for balcony and suite staterooms based on the length of the cruise; new bookings only. To qualify for the up to 5,000 bonus mileage award you must book an Oceanview or higher stateroom between 11/18/13 and 12/13/13 aboard any sailing departing before 12/31/14. Oceanview staterooms will earn 1,000 bonus miles, balcony staterooms will earn 2,500 bonus miles and suites will earn 5,000 bonus miles. Miles are posted to member's account 6-8 weeks after the cruise has been completed. Cruises must be paid in U.S. currency.

Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. To claim a refund, you must contact us prior to your sailing date and within 48 hours of your Delta SkyMiles Cruises purchase. You must call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-820-3244 to claim your refund. The lower advertised rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us. Your refund request will be reviewed and we will determine whether you have met the necessary requirements. Delta SkyMiles Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. Delta SkyMiles Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. Delta SkyMiles Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
